Answer: Yes and No

Explanation:

if you said "safe browsing" there is some chance it is safe and sometimes are not but to know if it is a safe website it should have a padlock sign and an https, but if it doesnt have any of those what I said, the web can have a fake information and can even hack your device (like viruses). And also every time you search something on a web (like google or any web browsers) you cant hide from the government because of the project PRISM that programmers signed, and this project PRISM gives the government to look anywhere and anytime you are going in the internet and can actually trace you. So yeah that is ,y answer but if I am wrong correct me instead.
